| Wish I could say my experience was a positive one - it wasn't. I had called because it seemed my hard drive was going. I bought an external and the tech came out and downloaded everything onto it and fixed it. Yes, my computer seems to work better but when my computer was returned, I had to set up my email, find my old email folders and you wouldn't believe where I found all the pictures I had from before. The tech was of no help for me trying to do this. I'm just glad I found everything. I won't be using you again. |

Laptop Domain has been my computer angel . When my computer down or one of my peps computer's down I know just who to call. Cha Cha Cha, Laptop Domain. Great custermor service. I know how long it's going to take to get my Laptop or Desk Computer fixed. Laptop desktop whatever top Cha can fix it with a smile. I consider myself lucky to know Cha Yang, who's always been willing to go out of his way to get my computer fixed. Whatever it takes Cha can fix it. |

Thanks for fixing my laptop back-light issue. The turn around time was FAST. More importantly, I really appreciate the affordable pricing, much lower than the other quotes I received. I will be sure to let anyone that has a laptop issue to know to go to Laptop Domain.

 THANKS soooo much for repairing my laptop. Not only did you remove the virus, you made my laptop wireless again. YaY! Now I can browse the internet from the library and from school. I also like to thank you for restoring my hard drive. I guess my laptop needed more work than I expected. You ROCK! I was so glad you were open on Sunday AND you were in the neighborhood. Before calling you, I called another computer repair shop. I was told by their call center that there wouldn't be an available tech until Monday in the evening. I was so happy when you guys could see me right away that day. Thank you again for the dedicated service. |

Hi,
Just wanted to return a favor and leave a postive feedback because you guys really made things easier.
My email works great now! Plus, I can send and receive emails right from my computer without the hassel of loging-in and it's all wireless. Now, I can just click an email link from any site and send an email.
I really appreciate what you guys have done. You guys are the best in town. |
